1.1. The Company

The terms "Matcha Theory," "We," "Us," or "Our" refer to MATCHATHEORY FZCO, a Free Zone Company established under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at IFZA Business Park, 75223 - 001, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE.

1.2. The Client

The terms "Client," "You," or "Your" refer to any natural person or legal entity making a purchase on the website www.matchatheory.co.

1.3. The Site

Refers to the e-commerce website accessible at www.matchatheory.co.

1.4. The Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute the entire legally binding agreement between Matcha Theory and the Client. By placing an order on the Site, the Client confirms their full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

2.1. Product Representation

Products offered for sale are those displayed on the Site, subject to availability. We endeavor to present all information with the highest degree of accuracy but do not warrant that such representations are error-free, complete, or current.

2.2. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and logos on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Matcha Theory. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

4.1. Pricing & Currency

Prices are displayed and processed in EUR. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. For international Clients, your financial institution will manage the final currency conversion and may apply its own exchange rates and fees.

4.2. Taxes & Duties

6.1. Dispatch Location

All orders are processed and dispatched from our third-party logistics (3PL) partner's facility in France.

6.2. UAE Orders

Orders for delivery within the UAE are exclusively fulfilled via the Noon.com marketplace and are subject to the terms, shipping, and return policies of Noon.com.

6.3. Delivery Address

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Client. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information.

6.4. Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Client upon dispatch. Claims for shipping-related issues must be filed directly with the designated carrier.

7.1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Clients)

In accordance with EU law, Clients within the EU have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. The cost of return shipping is at the Client's expense.

7.2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, factory-sealed, and undamaged condition. For hygiene and food safety reasons, any product that has been opened is not eligible for return.

7.3. Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will process a full refund for the product(s), provided they meet the conditions in Article 7.2. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

7.4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@matchatheory.co to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
